Q: What are my shipping options?
A: At this point we are offering shipping through United States Postal Service (USPS), which we found to be the cheapest.
Priority Mail Service typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.
Signature will be required upon delivery with every jewelry order.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Each jewelry order will be shipped approximately 7-10 business days after the time the order was received. If you need your order shipped sooner than our regular shipping time please let us know and we will expedite your order as much as possible. Please enter your request under "Special Instructions", which can be found on page 2 of the checkout process. Your jewelry order is trackable and we will e-mail you the tracking number upon shipping. We will notify you immediately if we cannot fill the order by the time you specified.
Q: How do I use my discount codes?
A: You can enter your valid discount codes for jewelry at the first step of checkout, under "enter a coupon code here". If the code does not work for some reason, check the expiration date and then let us know by clicking HERE.
Q: What do you mean by FREE gift-wrap with every order?
A: Every piece of jewelry arrives wrapped in a red fabric bag, and then placed in a cotton filled silver or gold jewelry box. The jewelry box will have some decoration on it that may vary. We are very creative and use beads, ribbon or bows to decorate the jewelry box.
Q: Can I buy a gift for someone and send it directly to them?
A: Yes, on step 2 of the checkout process you can enter your billing information and the shipping information. We will be happy to include a card with your jewelry gift FREE of charge. Please enter your greeting card text under "Special Instructions" on the bottom of the same page.
Q: I do not feel safe giving my credit card over the internet. Can I place my order on hold and send you my credit card information by phone or fax?
A: Our web site uses the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please download the order form HERE, and fax it to: 415.451.4758. Q: Do you have any payment methods besides credit card?
A: Keren Peled Jewelry accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard cards, and they are the preferred method of payment. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. C.O.D. service is available. Paying by check is possible but it will delay the shipping of the jewelry order due to the shipment time of the check. To do that, complete the ORDER FORM with the appropriate codes and mail it with your check to:

Q: Will I receive an ordering confirmation?
A: Within a few minutes of completing your order you will receive an email from Keren Peled Jewelry confirming receipt of your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are happy to accept returns, within 10 days of arrival. We do not accept returns on special or custom jewelry orders, or after 10 days. To make a return, please fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. If an item was damaged during transit, we will issue a full refund or exchange within 10 days of arrival. Keren Peled Jewelry is not responsible for postage on returned items.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: Our site uses an order form allowing you to request information, products and services. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, etc.) is only used to bill you for products and services purchased at Keren Peled Jewelry. Your information will not be shared with any other businesses or sources.

Q: How do I care for my new Keren Peled Jewelry piece?
A: The jewelry pieces are made of Sterling Silver or 14 Karat Gold Filled and are very delicate. The piece should not come in contact with water. The jewelry piece should be kept in the provided box and anti-tarnish bag when not worn, to avoid tarnishing as well as protect its shape. The best way to avoid having to clean the piece is to prevent tarnishing. Cleaning can be done with a polishing cloth. Once every few months use a silver polish, which will not harm the stones.
